1. Where is my parcel?
If you've received a tracking number for your order from DPD (our courier service) and want to track your order, please visit the DPD website and use their tracking service to trace your order. If you do not have a tracking number please contact us using the form below.

2. Have you received my Refund?
You will receive a confirmation email once you refund has been processed. Please allow up to ten days before you contact us.

3. I have still not received my parcel?
Due to the high volumes and bad weather conditions some parcels may have been delayed. Please allow an extra couple of days for delivery before contacting us.
