If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website www.missguided.co.uk 

How To Make A Return

You must notify us online before you return a product.

In order to do this, you must:

  • Log onto My Account/My Orders to view your order history.
  • Select the relevant order and click on the item you want to return.

(ensure you choose all items to be returned before you click Add to Return List)

  • Choose a return reason and click on Add to Return List Your return will be logged online.
  • Please enclose a copy of your returns number and invoice in the return parcel.
  • The parcel must then be returned via the Post Office counters in accordance with the details set out below.

Returning The Parcel

  • The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received.
  • Attach the return address label at the bottom of the invoice to your return parcel.
  • You will then need to return the package to a Post Office counter.
  • Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility.
  • Obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office; this will act as your proof of return.
  • The returned parcel is the customers responsibilty until it is received by us. As a result we suggest customers use a delivery service where they can track their return

Refunds

  • We will process a refund to returned items that are in accordance with our returns policy.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
  • Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
  • After you have received the email please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
  • If you are returning an item because it is unwanted delivery charge is non refundable.
  • If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered will we issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.

Exchanges

  • We can only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.
  • Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed.
  • Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge.
  • If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to your account.
  • Please note you may only make an exhange on the same item once.
