If you’re an Ibiza virgin, it can be totally overwhelming trying to work out where to go in Ibiza. Everybody has different opinions and conflicting advice, and it’s making you want to pull your hair out! But don’t worry, we’ve got you, babe. Here’s our no-nonsense Ibiza area guide, giving you the lowdown on every area and the deets on what to wear while you’re there – Hopefully giving you all the info you need to plan your ultimate summer holiday. Ibiza Town
Ibiza Town is an unmissable gem for anybody visiting the island. There’s a bohemian vibe, with hippy outdoor markets and art galleries, as well as a buzzing nightlife of course. Spend the daytime beach bar hopping, shopping, sightseeing and sunbathing. Then, when the sun goes down, soak in the famous Ibiza atmosphere. Start by sipping wine and sampling the wonderful food at STK Ibiza, then dance the night away in the countless bars and clubs. Ibiza Town is home to the world famous Pacha nightclub, as well as HEART.

Playa d’en Bossa
Ask somebody where to go in Ibiza, and chances are they’ll tell you Playa d’en Bossa. There are few places in the world that offer more opportunity to party than Playa d’en Bossa, and it is home to Ushuaia, Sankeys, Hi Ibiza and the Hard Rock Hotel (among many, many more). If you can drag yourself from your hungover stupour, Playa d’en Bossa boasts the islands longest stretch of sand, and its beach is truly beautiful. There are various beach clubs where you can choose from lounging on a sun lounger with a cocktail to a full-blown beach party.

San Antonio
San Antonio is the perfect compromise when it comes to where to go in Ibiza. Whilst it certainly offers fantastic nightlife, it is also a beautiful resort for locals and families too. It has an expansive beach, great restaurant options and a picturesque harbour. Pool and beach parties are big news in San Antonio, and it is home to a number of waterfront clubs and hotels, including Paradiso Art Hotel, Ocean Beach Club and Eden. There’s also the legendary Sunset Strip, where you can watch the sunset behind the turquoise waters to a soundtrack of world-renowned DJs.

Santa Eulalia
For a slightly more chilled out affair, stay in the classy and beautiful Santa Eulalia. This little town has earned a reputation for being the foodie capital of Ibiza, so if you love your grub then make sure you head here. There’s certainly enough restaurants, bars and shops here to keep you entertained in the evenings – There’s even the fab Nikki Beach Club which has loads of events on. For the daytime, you need to look no further than the absolutely spotless beach – White sand and blue seas, what more could a girl want?

Formentara
If you’re more peace and love than party til dawn, then maybe Formentera is for you. A mere 30 minutes by ferry gets you to one of the Balearic’s least known islands. With a low key vibe and chilled out appeal, Formentera is perfect if you feel a little overwhelmed when thinking about crazy Ibiza nights. Don’t be fooled, however, as Formentera is quickly becoming known for its fantastic beach clubs – Think fewer chain restaurants and bars and more interesting independents to give you a unique experience.
