Use a Pillow as a slider

If you have a hardwood floor, sit on a pillow and use it for crunches for an abs workout at home. After you have done 4 sets of 10 reps, put the pillow under your feet and get into a plank position with your hands flat on the floor. Raise your legs to meet your hands by sliding on the pillow for a real burner 🥵.

Get your cardio in on the stairs

If you absolutely love cardio, or you use it to warm up and down, get running up and down your stairs. Set your timer for 10 minutes and get running. This is sure to burn some calories. You can even add weight to your cardio by holding on top a couple of tinned soups while you run. This will intensify your at-home cardio.

Crack out your old school backpack and fill it with tinned soup. You now have the perfect weight for all things booty popping exercises. There are no rules with home workouts, do whatever the hell you want to get your sweat on.
