So, an intention journal can be used once a day, week or month. If monthly, you could line it up with the moon. The moon energy is said to be extremely ideal for planting seeds of intent. Make a list of 3 things you intend to do within the day. Make sure that your intentions are aligned with your highest values in life.

Bedtime rethinking

Our subconscious is the primary driver of our experiences because it directs 95% of our lives. So, moments before falling asleep is a key opportunity for making a permanent change. Our subconscious has the ability to download new info. So, use this to your benefit by listening to subliminal recordings to create your subconscious affirmations. As you fall asleep, your subconscious brain will record these positive recordings into your belief system, making a permanent change.

Assess your belief

Our beliefs can powerfully impact our dreams, so by putting a spotlight on them we call them into question. That’s why a Belief Assessment can be done in a journal or during meditation. To do this, all you have to do is reflect on what your heart most wants, consider the subconscious beliefs that keep your heart from achieving this goal, and lastly, write down what you want on to paper, then repeat it slowly into a present tense affirmation for 3-5 minutes.

A letter from future you

This technique allows you to reflect on what you truly want while penning a letter to your current self from your future self. You can choose either one year, five years or even ten years into the future. Imagine yourself achieving your dreams in that time period and write as if you have experienced everything you long for. Fill in your current/past self about what you have achieved. Fold the letter and create a future date for you to open it. When the time comes, see how far you’ve come and whether you have achieved your dreams.
