Paperless returns at Missguided
Place your order with the knowledge that you can easily make a return
FYI we are going paperless at Missguided. This means that you will no longer receive a returns slip in your parcel. Don’t worry though, our new paperless returns system couldn’t be easier.
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we have decided to scrap the paper returns form from all of our parcels. Our new paperless returns policy is super quick and easy to use.
How to I make a return?
If your new clothes don’t fit and you want to make a return, all you need on hand is your order number and your postcode or email address.
How to use paperless returns at missguided
- When you’re ready to return, head to ‘help and returns’ under the Account tab on the website
- Just enter your order number and postcode or email address and select the clothing you want to return from the list
- Choose your most convenient return method. You can either print your returns label at home, or generate a QR code that you can scan and print in-store.
- Return your parcel at your nearest drop-off point.
Where do I take my Missguided return parcel?
We work with a number of different courier companies to ensure that there is always somewhere convenient to drop your parcel. When you create your return, you will be given a list of local drop-off points. This could be a newsagent or local shop through Hermes, an Inpost locker or your closest Asda superstore.
Where to find my order number?
Finding your order number couldn’t be easier. Find your order number in your confirmation email or simply head to ‘My Account’ and then select ‘Order History’ from the tabs at the top of the page. All your recent orders will soon show and you can choose the one you want to make a return from.
