If you’re packing for uni, you’re probably wondering what to wear to lectures. No stress, everyone will be thinking the exact same thing. Whether your lectures will be online or in person, there is no harm in being prepared with the right clothes.
Fortunately, lectures don’t require you to dress formally, you can just be yourself. Whether you are a blazer and jeans kinda girl or hoodie and joggers fan, you can wear whatever you want. We have dropped a few packing essentials and influencer-inspired outfits below.
Lecture outfits 101
- Lecture halls can either be super stuffy or freezing cold depending on the air con, so make sure you layer up with a sweatshirt or hoodie.
- If you are going to uni in the UK, you will NEED a good coat or puffer jacket (sorry to sound like your mum). Most of your days at university will require a lot of walking around and there is nothing worse than sitting in damp clothes all day.
- Loungewear is a must. We are not talking about your grotty bed t-shirt. Choose some loungewear that you are happy to be seen in. This will make seminars and lectures on a hangover so much more bearable.
- Don’t forget a big shoulder bag or rucksack. You want to be able to fit all your stuff in one bag, just in case you nip for brunch after your 9am seminar.
