The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a variety of fabrics, such as cotton, silk, satin, velvet, jersey, performance fabrics etc / shirts, dresses, trousers, light tailoring, sportswear, print placement etc. Experience across some (not all) of these product areas is desirable. Experience in all machinery including lock stitch, over lock, binder, chain stitch binder, twin needle, cover stitch, hemmer, flat lock, button hole, button machine is also desirable. An excellent understanding of garment construction is required as well as being able to read and understand specification sheets.

Dealing with first fits & fit sessions, liaising with manufacturing, Sealing patterns, measuring garments against spec, Working with pattern cutters. You will have: An understanding of Grading, used to working in a high volume & fast paced environment, must also have Jerseywear experience.
QA (based in Leicester)
responsibility for the fit, creating garment specifications and manage the sampling process through fit trails, testing and measurement. Work with manufacturers in the UK, Europe and the to manage and improve their output and quality. Measure, report and analyze quality performance by directing in house and 3rd party inspection activity. You will also measure and analyze customer returns to further understand and improve our quality.
Pattern Cutter (based in Leicester)
We are looking for an experienced pattern cutter and grader. The candidate should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role and should be able to make/grade patterns manually and digitally. You should be able to read detailed specification sheets as well as create specification sheets from clients designs and patterns. You will be required to cut the samples as well as make the patterns, so experience cutting is essential. We work on all types of fabrics including silks and satins, jersey, woven and print placement.
Senior Business Analyst (based in Manchester)
Reporting to the Head of Development, your key responsibilities will be to work with the business to define and document requirements for BAU and project work. You will be responsible for understanding the data flow and downstream impact of the changes you are defining as well as creating detailed user stories and their associated acceptance criteria. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant commercial experience within a retail environment.
Scrum Master (based in Manchester)
You will be responsible for the preparation for, running and documentation of all the ceremonials as well as coaching both technical and business teams in best Agile practice (tailoring this to fit with each individual’s needs).
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant commercial experience using Scrum in an Agile environment, ideally within a retail organisation.
