1. During the Promotion Period customers who make a Qualifying Spend with the Promoter will be eligible to receive a Voucher to spend on future purchases when using the same email address/account used to make the Qualifying Spend.
2. The Voucher will be issued using the email address used to make the Qualifying Spend on the Website or App and will be issued on the later of either (i) dispatch of your order, (ii) when you have collected your order (for click and collect purchases), or (ii) within one month of the end of the Promotion Period.
3. Where the Qualifying Spend has been made in one of the Promoter’s stores, you will be issued the Voucher at the point of checkout.
4. All Vouchers are valid for use from 5 December 2023 until 4 December 2025.
5. The Promoter’s usual terms and conditions for gift vouchers apply to the Voucher in additional to these terms.
6. Vouchers can be redeemed on the Website, App or in-store.
7. The Voucher Max applies to your combined orders across the Website, App and/or in-store throughout the duration of the Promotion.
8. If an order qualifies for a Voucher and one or more products within that order are later returned:
a. before the Voucher is used: then the Voucher will be cancelled should the total spend lower the Qualifying Spend enough to reduce the value of the Voucher to zero, or, a new Voucher will be issued in accordance with these terms if the Qualifying Spend is still met. You will be notified of such cancellation/replacement by email; or
b. after the Voucher is used: then the value of the used Voucher will be deducted from any refund amount relating to such return.
9. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.
10. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.
11. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.
